Refund & Exchange Policy

At Beaut by Mahle, we take pride in creating premium-quality wigs tailored to each client's needs. We are committed to ensuring that every customer receives a product that meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Refunds

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. Refund requests may be made within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The wig must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and any complimentary items must be returned with the product.

  • The wig must show no signs of wear, styling, washing, cutting, colouring, alteration, or damage.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

Return Condition Fee

If a returned item does not meet the above conditions, Beaut by Mahle reserves the right to:

  • Decline the refund request; or

  • Deduct a reasonable restoration and handling fee from the refund amount where applicable.

Original shipping and courier fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested within 10 days of receiving your order if:

  • There is a manufacturing fault or quality issue with the wig; or

  • The wig does not fit correctly despite the measurements provided during the ordering process.

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Beaut by Mahle.

The wig must be returned:

  • Unworn and unaltered;

  • In its original packaging; and

  • In the same condition in which it was received.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all courier and shipping costs associated with returning products to Beaut by Mahle for refunds or exchanges.

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as Beaut by Mahle cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us within the applicable timeframe with:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue; and

  • Clear photographs of the product where relevant.

Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide the return address details.

Custom-Made Orders

As many of our wigs are custom-made and tailored to individual client specifications, Beaut by Mahle reserves the right to assess refund and exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.
