At Beaut by Mahle, each wig is carefully prepared to meet our quality standards before dispatch.

• Processing time for wigs is typically 2–8 working days.

• Processing times may vary during peak periods, promotions, or public holidays.

• Custom orders may require additional preparation time. Clients will be notified if extended processing is required.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa through trusted courier partners.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp 

Please ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate. Beaut by Mahle cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Beaut by Mahle is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier service disruptions

• Severe weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Industrial action

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist in resolving the matter with the courier company.
